Job objective:
The Convenience Store Associate will ensure proper and efficient store operations during the assigned shift to support the achievement of the site’s business goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist and thank every customer.
- Assist with established daily operating procedures to ensure interior and exterior of the site is in accordance with NuWay-K&H Cooperative brand and image standards.
- Assist with ensuring all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly and displayed in a safe manner.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management.
- Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
- Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
