We are seeking an NSB SAQ Project Manager to oversee site acquisition activities for new site builds (NSB) within the wireless telecommunications industry. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of site acquisition—from search ring through permitting and approvals—delivering construction-ready sites in compliance with client and regulatory requirements. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires strong coordination with internal teams, clients, and local jurisdiction
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end site acquisition activities including:
- Search ring execution and site selection
- Due diligence and feasibility analysis
- Leasing negotiations and landlord coordination
- Zoning and permitting strategy
- Secure jurisdictional approvals in compliance with regulatory and client standards
- Manage multiple NSB projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule and quality
- Coordinate with RF, A&E, construction, and legal teams to ensure project readiness
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of all assigned sites
- Communicate professionally with clients, municipalities, landlords, and internal teams
- Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track
Requirements
- Experience in telecommunications site acquisition, project management, or related field
- Strong understanding of NSB workflows including zoning, permitting, and leasing
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Preferred
- Prior experience managing NSB wireless telecom projects
- Familiarity with local jurisdictional processes and entitlement strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with RF, A&E, and construction teams

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
