NuVu Property Management manages a diverse portfolio of multi-family and single-family properties throughout North Idaho. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to join our busy and growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain properties and common areas in good working order
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Complete maintenance turns independently or as part of a team, following written instructions
- Perform tasks diligently, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Accurately document work performed in both written and digital formats
- Drywall repair, caulking, spackling, texturing, and painting
- Minor plumbing repairs involving fixtures, fittings, and general property systems
Desired Qualities
- Motivated, dependable, and self-driven with a strong work ethic
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- One (1) or more years of related experience preferred, but not required
- Professional and courteous
- Familiar with AppFolio software
- Knowledge of Poo Prints
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Willing to be on-call as required
- Proficient with computers and mobile devices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Promptly respond to phone calls, texts, and emails
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug testing required
