Responsibilities
- Lead and program manage digital marketing campaigns from inception to execution, collaborating with Nuvoton marketing, local sales teams, and corporate MARCOM to ensure global brand alignment and maximum regional impact
- End-to-end management of Nuvoton’s attendance at major industry expositions and trade show events—including booth strategy, logistics, messaging, promotional collateral, and post-event lead generation tracking
- Assist technical and product teams with publishing high-value content, including white papers, marketing videos, and application notes, ensuring optimized visibility across various digital platforms and social media channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive university engagement plans to build brand awareness, support academic programs, and cultivate future talent pipelines within the engineering community
- Collaborate closely with Nuvoton’s distribution and sales network partners to coordinate co-marketing initiatives and maximize Nuvoton's brand visibility across their respective digital platforms
- Maintain a cohesive verbal identity and technical brand narrative. Author, edit, and curate marketing copy for localized websites, newsletters, and product launch packages
Education, Experience, and Skills Require
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a relevant business/technical discipline
- 5 years of work experience with 3 years of experience in marketing communications or program management, preferably within a B2B technology or semiconductor environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex timelines involving multiple internal stakeholders across different regions and time zone
- Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with external entities, including university faculty, event organizers, and corporate distribution partner
- Ability to comfortably interface with engineering teams to translate highly technical concepts (like those in white papers or product videos) into compelling marketing content
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design consistency
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working within a multi-national or matrixed corporate structure
- Familiarity with video production coordination and digital publishing platforms
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
