We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing company. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, while also supporting employee orientation and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring, extending offers, completing pre-employment requirements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This position will also coordinate with external staffing and recruiting agencies, manage agency relationships, and help ensure the company has access to qualified candidates when needed.
The role will conduct new employee orientations and support employee records, attendance, HR administration, employee communications, and other day-to-day HR initiatives.
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, or skilled-trade positions is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who is organized, energetic, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
