Responsibilities
- Ensuring instruments are sterilized in OSHA standards
- Maintain a clean work area
- Setting up and breaking down of operatories
- Follows Exposure Control procedures/blood borne and Airborne Pathogens
- Maintain and assist with compliance logs
- Restocks and maintains inventory in the operations
- Sustain office cleanliness throughout the day
- Seats and dismissing of patients - but does not assist with procedures
- Receive and unpack deliveries
- Puts away supplies that is delivered daily with lead direction
- Acquire proficiency in setting up surgical equipment
- Report to the GM any ongoing issues
- Proficient in time management
- BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Display excellent communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate both independent and team oriented work abilities
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills
- Acquire and maintain all of the knowledge necessary to be a Nuvia Sterilization Technician
- Work M-F 35-40 hours a week
- Be on time and ready to work
- Have a positive attitude, professional, and supportive spirit
- Have a high social IQ to manage daily responsibilities Be an optimum time-manager when approaching the daily duties
- Be a team player and always willing to offer a helping hand
- Must have open communication and be willing to accept coaching and redirecting
- High level of confidence in yourself and our products
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including wearing clean scrubs daily
Salary : $22 - $27
