Operations Finance
- Track, manage, and analyze costs across clinic locations
- Perform variance analysis on operational spend and identify trends
- Support budgeting processes for clinic-level expenses
- Build and maintain reporting tools that give leadership clear visibility into cost performance
- Analyze revenue performance and support revenue management reporting
- Build financial models for new clinic ROI, including projected revenues and payback periods
- Partner closely with the Development team to provide the financial backing for expansion
- Challenge projections that lack supporting data and ensure decisions are grounded in
Shared Responsibilities
- Aggregate and prepare data for financial models and rolling forecasts
- Assist in updating monthly and quarterly forecast packages
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis as needed across the FP&A function
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, analytics, operations, or a related function
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel
- Curiosity-driven mindset — you ask why, not just what
- Ability to translate data into a clear, concise narrative
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience with financial modeling or data visualization tools is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations is a bonus but not required
