Job Description
The Dental Assistant (Surgical Assistant) plays a crucial role in assisting our surgeons and restorative dentists, enabling them to provide premium service to patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Liv[ing] company core values
- Taking impressions and pouring molds
- Taking patient photos
- X-rays and Cone Beams
- Setting up appointments in scheduling platform
- Setting up and taking down operation rooms, ensuring minimal downtime
- Placing orders for basic and implant supplies
- Adjusting and relining prosthesis
- Assisting the doctor during various surgical implant procedures
- Delivering pre and post-op instructions
- Sterilization and daily cleaning
- Managing patient expectations and delivering exceptional patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek a Registered Dental Assistant with proper certifications, possessing excellent communication skills, empathy, and flexibility. Strong organizational skills and office aptitude are also essential.
