Position Summary


The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting daily fulfillment, packaging, kitting, and shipping preparation activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role plays a critical part in operational success by ensuring products are properly assembled, packaged, verified, and prepared for shipment.

The Fulfillment Associate works closely with the Fulfillment Team Lead and cross-functional teams, to support daily operations and maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, teamwork, and accountability. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures, and a commitment to safety and quality.


The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM with potential overtime based on business needs.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders according to established work instructions, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and other technology to perform fulfillment, inventory movement, and shipping-related functions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by ensuring all material movements, transfers, and transactions are properly recorded in company systems.
  • Receive, organize, stage, and store inventory in designated locations to support efficient operational flow.
  • Collaborate effectively with Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving, Production, and Quality teams to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Proactively identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, quality concerns, or process improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with various operational projects and departmental needs as business priorities change.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and actively support company safety initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers, Team Leads, Supervisors, and other departments.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and work efficiently to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.
  • Successfully complete all required training, certifications, and ongoing development activities.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, work instructions, and operational requirements.
  • Must be available to work at Nuvia's Spanish Fork warehouse as required by business needs. This may include occasional shifts or tasks that specifically require on-site presence at the Spanish Fork location.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Management.

Requirements & Qualifications


  • Maintain productivity and focus throughout the workday while meeting established quality and performance standards.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30–40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, arriving ready to work at the start of each scheduled shift.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and strong attendance habits.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support different operational areas as needed.
  • Good verbal communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, procedures, labels, and training materials.
  • Ability to navigate warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and other operational technology.
  • Must be able to successfully complete required training, written assessments, and on-the-job certifications.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to read, speak, understand, and interpret English language instructions used in the various order fulfillment screens within the WMS

Preferred

  • Previous experience in warehouses, fulfillment, or production environments
  • Customer Service experience
  • Forklift certification or prior equipment operation experience
  • Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations

Technical Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook
  • Experience with fulfillment, inventory or warehouse systems is a plus
