Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role supports daily operations by ensuring records are complete, organized, and easily accessible. Attention to detail, efficiency, and confidentiality are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases
- Review data for errors or missing information and correct discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Organize and file documents according to company procedures
- Retrieve data and prepare reports as requested
- Follow data security and confidentiality guidelines
- Communicate with management to clarify or obtain missing information
- Perform basic clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or data management software
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 5:30 pm
Compensation: Based on experience
Entry level: $17 - $19 / hour
Mid range: $20 - $22 / hour
