Nuvera has customer solution centers in the Minnesota communities of New Ulm, Glencoe, Goodhue, Hutchinson, Litchfield, Redwood Falls, Prior Lake, Sleepy Eye, and Springfield, as well as Aurelia, Iowa.

Part-Time position 25 hours per week
A PT Customer Sales & Service Associate will identify the needs of residential customers and provide solutions and support for our customers’ diverse needs. This position will convert leads into sales opportunities while creating customer awareness of the benefits and all the products and services we offer.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide customer care for walk-in traffic
- Retail and service sales
- Administrative duties following the sales of products and/or services
- Provide call center services
Wage:
The wage range for this position is $17.31 - $25.96 per hour, based on education, certifications, and experience.

Preferred Experience:
- 2-year degree, or equivalent in experience
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience with demonstrated knowledge in the use of computers and basic internet technology
