Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Alsip, Illinois (Onsite) – Supporting North America Region
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

- Desktop / End User Support Experience (5 years)
- ServiceNow Ticketing & Incident Management
- Microsoft Office 365 Support
- Windows OS & Hardware Troubleshooting (Laptops, Desktops, Printers)
- Microsoft Intune / Device Management & Workstation Imaging
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
- Strong experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workstation imaging and deployment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and device management tools.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Concur, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Inventory and asset management experience.
