Join our Nuvelle team as a Nursing Clinical Simulation Technician, where you will play a vital role in enhancing nursing students' clinical competence through innovative simulation experiences. Duties
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-fidelity simulation simulators and related learning technology to create realistic clinical scenarios for nursing students.
- Assist faculty in designing, developing, and implementing simulation-based curricula aligned with course objectives and accreditation standards.
- Support online instruction by managing virtual simulation platforms such as Moodle Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring seamless integration of digital learning tools.
- Maintain detailed documentation of simulation activities, equipment maintenance logs, and student participation records to ensure compliance with educational regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical faculty to facilitate debriefing sessions, providing technical support and feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Manage inventory of simulation supplies, medical equipment, and consumables like dressing kits, IV starter kits, and others, ensuring readiness for scheduled sessions.
- Assist in research projects related to healthcare education and simulation-based learning, contributing data collection and analysis as needed.
Experience
- Clinical simulation experience in educational healthcare settings, preferably within in nursing schools or programs.
- Proven expertise with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle or similar platforms used for online instruction and curriculum management.
- Coordinate with the clinical faculty in planning and implementing clinical scenarios
- Strong familiarity with curriculum design, development, and implementation for adult learners in higher education settings.
- Experience working with clinical simulation methods in nursing education.
- Competency in using learning technology tools such as LMS platforms,
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with academics team.
- Ability to manage and maintain par level supplies and maintain equipment n Sim Lab.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
