About Nuvative

Nuvative is a fast‑growing technology company focused on making a real impact through continuing education, guidance, and innovation. We believe great work happens in an environment built on kindness, fairness, collaboration, and continuous growth. Our culture values initiative, integrity, and curiosity — and we’re committed to supporting both the professional and personal development of our team members.

The Opportunity

As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping Nuvative grow responsibly and sustainably. Rather than simply enforcing rules, this role partners across the organization to translate regulatory requirements into practical, business‑aligned solutions. You’ll help strengthen compliance programs, reduce risk, and support teams as the company continues to evolve.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, and building systems that support both compliance and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with internal teams to identify compliance risks and develop practical, actionable solutions
  • Monitor compliance with applicable regulations, certifications, and internal policies
  • Evaluate operational and procedural areas for compliance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Aid in researching regulatory changes and proactively assess their impact on the organization
  • Prepare clear, meaningful compliance reports and insights for leadership
  • Support audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions
  • Maintain compliance records, tracking systems, and documentation standards
  • Oversee vendor risk management initiatives and analyze vendor performance metrics to enhance risk mitigation and ensure regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Address and resolve consumer complaints in a timely manner and drive continuous improvement in compliant management process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, risk management, or a related discipline
  • Strong working knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory standards
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into clear guidance for non‑technical audiences
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Nice to Have

  • Compliance certification (e.g., CRCM) or interest in obtaining one with company support
  • Experience conducting employee training or working cross‑functionally
  • Background in a technology‑driven or growth‑oriented environment

Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Nuvative, your work directly contributes to how we operate, grow, and innovate. You’ll gain exposure to leadership, have a real voice in shaping compliance practices, and be supported as you continue to develop your expertise.
