Core Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to clients and handle inbound inquiries
- Discuss client goals and align solutions accordingly
- Provide clear explanations of services and next steps
- Track activity and maintain up-to-date records in CRM
- Support retention efforts through ongoing communication
- High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles a plus
- Results and goal oriented
- Able to work independently in a work from home environment
