What You’ll Do
• Support daily operations and keep the office running efficiently
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative workflows
• Manage supplies, equipment, and office organization
• Assist with vendors, repairs, and facility needs
• Support onboarding and team processes
• Track expenses and assist with budgeting
• Partner with IT and leadership on systems
• Help create a positive, organized experience for patients and staff
