We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and knows how to balance hospitality with efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily Front of House operations including servers, hosts, and bartenders

Train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff to ensure excellent service and teamwork

Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming environment

Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and solutions-focused mindset

Monitor service flow, table turns, and overall guest satisfaction

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

Manage POS system, cash handling, and end-of-shift reports

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service

Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff as needed
Requirements:

Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant/bar setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Hands-on management style with a focus on teamwork

Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative tasks
