What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Attorney position at Nutter?
Nutter seeks an Associate or Of Counsel to join our Real Estate Leasing Practice. Candidate must have extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, including office, industrial, life sciences and retail leasing. Experience with the fundamentals of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, zoning, construction, and/or development and permitting a plus. The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in teams is essential. A demonstrated record of client service is strongly desired.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of experience and would work in our Boston or NYC office.
