Nutter Clothing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Associate to support group orders and special order programs. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, and general support to help ensure orders are accurate, organized, and completed on time. This position also includes assisting customers on the retail floor as needed.
Responsibilities
- Pull, organize, and package group and special orders
- Prepare shipments, including packing slips and labels (FedEx)
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and shipped on schedule
- Assist with order entry and basic paperwork
- Communicate with team members regarding order status and timelines
- Organize inventory for stocked and special-order items
- Maintain a clean and efficient work area
- Assist customers and support sales staff on the retail floor as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Dependable, punctual, and well organized
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting deadlines
- Basic computer skills (email, order systems, spreadsheets helpful)
- Ability to lift boxes and remain on your feet during shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience with FedEx shipping
- Background in apparel, embroidery, or screen printing
- Familiarity with invoicing or order management systems
Schedule & Pay
- 8–12 hours per week
- Part-time hours with some flexibility
- Hybrid option available, with up to 2 hours per week of remote work after training
- Additional hours may be available during peak seasons
- Pay based on experience

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
