This is a full-time hybrid role for an Owner/Instructor based in Northville, MI, with some flexibility for remote work. The Owner/Instructor will lead and manage program operations, design and deliver science activities, and ensure adherence to the company’s mission. Responsibilities include coordinating with schools, training staff, creating lesson plans, and engaging K-6 students through hands-on science instruction in a fun, educational way. The role also involves administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management.
- Strong skills in Science Education, Lesson Planning, and Activity Design
- Experience in Classroom Management, Instruction, and Working with K-6 students
- Organizational skills in Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Staff Training
- Communication skills for engaging with schools, parents, and team members
- Passion for science education and fostering a love of learning in children
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or related field preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for program delivery
