What You’ll Do

• Guide residents' nutritional care.
• Work with MD, OT, ST, Nursing & Nutrition Services team.
• Be a key part of the IDT team.
• Do thorough nutrition assessments.
• Document weight, wound, renal & tube-fed residents.
• Conduct Quality Assurance audits.
• Administer nutrition-focused physical assessments.
  
  

DTR To RD Pathway Includes
