What You’ll Do
- Conduct nutrition assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations.
- Provide individualized nutrition care plans and 1:1 resident consultations.
- Manage nutrition care for residents with dialysis, tube feeding, diabetes, cardiac conditions, wound healing, weight changes, and other complex clinical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
- Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality nutrition care.
- Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve residents' quality of life.
- RD2Be/RD Eligible candidates.
- Graduating dietetic interns-No Experience Needed.
- Entry-level candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care
- Experienced RD's are welcome
- Strong communicators eager to learn and grow.
- Support with Provisional License.
