About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Support scheduling of staff, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and reference checks
- Maintain records and update internal systems (e.g., BambooHR, databases)
- Coordinate office supplies, mailings, and basic administrative tasks
- Provide day-to-day support to leadership and field staff
Qualifications:
