Full-Time Registered Dietitian Hybrid

Nutritious Lifestyles® is actively seeking to add a self-motivated, customer service consultant to our team as a Full-Time Registered Dietitian

Job Purpose

To provide coverage relating to Registered Dietitian work at multiple locations.

Job Description

• Perform Admission and High-Risk Assessment, as well as QA Food Service Audits.
• Perform MDS, care plans, schedule case, etc. at facilities
• Maintenance of a “Daily Tracking List” of all clients seen each day and a “Nutritional Risk Tracking List” for all high-risk clients.
• Meeting with staff for recommendations or processing information.
• Survey preparations for annual state survey
• Customer Service and relationship building
• Maintenance of credentials as required by the employee’s state for licensure and the Commission on Dietetic Registration for registration as a dietitian.
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding knowledge of all patient information (HIPAA), confidential staff and NLS business.
  
  

Requirements

• Completion of specialized academic training in dietetics, including a minimum of a four-year degree in food and nutrition and science form ACEND or completion of a Coordinated Program.
• Dietetic internship or master’s program approved by ACEND
• Current Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist by the state or states in which they practice.
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
  
  

Preferred

• One year of experience in foodservice management or clinical dietetics
• Previous Consulting experience/traveling consulting experience
