Your Role:
- Guide residents' nutritional care.
- Work with MD, OT, ST, Nursing & Nutrition Services team.
- Be a key part of the IDT team.
- Do thorough nutrition assessments.
- Document weight, wound, renal & tube-fed residents.
- Conduct Quality Assurance audits.
- Administer nutrition focused physical assessments.

Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian credential or Licensed Dietitian.
- Nutrition and dietetics technicians, registered (NDTRs)
