- Completing clinical nutrition assessments
- Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic licensure
- Positive attitude
- Client centered
- Good communication skills
- Dialysis or transplant experience preferred
