- Completing clinical nutrition assessments
- Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Completing the MDS
- Calculating TF
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic licensure
- Client centered
- Good communication skills
