Position Details:- Schedule: 1630 hours per week.

- Conduct comprehensive clinical nutrition assessments.
- Document care using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) within the EMR system.
- Complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.
- Calculate complex tube feeding requirements.
- Provide clinical recommendations for wound healing and significant weight changes. Candidate Requirements:
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD/RDN).
- Valid State Dietetic Licensure.
- Strong communication skills with a clientcentered approach.
