- Completing clinical nutrition assessments
- Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Recommendations for weight loss and wound care
- Menu review for facility
- Lead healthy eating/diabetes education classes
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic licensure
- Positive attitude
- Client centered
- Good communication skills
