Responsibilities:
Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to guests through nutrition assessments, care planning and working hand in hand with the interdisciplinary medical team. Assisting with survey preparedness through routine quality assurance monitoring.
Requirements:
State licensure as required
CDR accreditation
Excellent customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Independent worker
Strong organizational skills
Local travel a plus
