What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Project Coordinator position at Nutrition Formulators?
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Project Coordinator to assist with the execution and management of nutraceutical manufacturing projects from sales order confirmation through final delivery. Reporting to both the Project Manager and the Director of Sales, this role serves as a key support function, ensuring clear communication across departments and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of project execution once the client's deposit is received.
- Help maintain and update project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track project status and communicate progress updates to internal teams.
Sales Support & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Team and internal departments to ensure accurate translation of client requirements.
- Follow up with the sales team on pending items, approvals, and client feedback.
- Assist in preparing project summaries and status updates for the Director of Sales.
Cross-Department Coordination:
- Communicate project details to teams, including Purchasing, Graphic Design, Production, Packaging, QA/QC, and Shipping.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings as needed to align project tasks and responsibilities.
- Help ensure materials, artwork, and documentation are submitted and approved on time.
Administrative & Documentation Tasks:
- Maintain accurate project records, including client specifications, artwork approvals, formulation documents, and production timelines.
- Support creation and organization of checklists and project tracking tools.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials as requested.
Salary : $25 - $30
