Job Overview
Position Summary
The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and stocking products, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that herbs, supplements, teas, and wellness products are properly organized and available for customers. This position supports the daily operations of the store by ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and compliance with storage standards.
Duties
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of herbs, supplements, teas, spices, and wellness products.
- Unpack, label, and stock merchandise according to store procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and manual logs.
- Conduct routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits.
