Overview

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Associate for an on-site role in Gurnee, IL. This position is essential to our daily operations, handling kit preparation, shipment processing, light receiving, and inventory support. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and eager to contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment & Shipping

• Accurately prepare and assemble kits for outgoing shipments
• Process and package orders to ensure timely, error-free delivery
• Label, sort, and organize shipments for streamlined processing
• Receive inbound deliveries and verify contents against packing slips
  
  
  

Inventory & Workspace Management

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and supply management
• Perform basic cycle counts and help maintain stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and efficient work area
  
  
  

Operational Support

• Collaborate with Customer Support and Product teams to resolve order or shipping issues.
• Assist with documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve fulfillment and operational workflows

• Experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a similar hands-on role
• Reliable transportation for daily on-site work in Gurnee, IL, and occasional local trips to shipping facilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and handling a variety of operational support tasks
• A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
