What You'll Do
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $91,000 - $156,000. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid vacation, sick days and holidays as well as paid personal and maternity/parental leaves and an Employee and Family Assistance Program. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. What You'll Do
- Ensure completion of transactional intercompany activities within the team, such as:
- Monitor intercompany approvals and recurring charges.
- Generate and review transaction processing error reports, including ERP issues.
- Post manual entries at month end and input receivables/payables for netting and repayment activities.
- Validate payment proposal and track unpaid balances.
- Review and approve journal entries for intercompany transactions between legal entities including accounting for non-product and product transactions, management fees, and intercompany loans.
- Review consolidated intercompany balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring all variances are investigated, resolved, and accompanied by clear explanations for any discrepancies.
- Support dispute resolution with the business and serve as an escalation point for unresolved intercompany disputes.
- Collaborate in creation of standard operating procedures.
- Review and advise on terms of intercompany agreements and maintain related documents.
- Analyze and monitor intercompany foreign currency exposures.
- Identify opportunities to improve intercompany processes.
- Participate in projects as required.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to embrace change and have a “process improvement” mindset.
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines as well as flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of IFRS is necessary.
- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP ECC, SAP S4, BPC and PeopleSoft are an asset.
- Advanced level Excel skills.
- Exhibit pro-active collaboration across finance groups to achieve cross functional success.
