What You'll Do
Safety, Health and Environment standard compliance for the Nutrien Ag Solutions’ facilities in TN.
- Works with the Facility Managers to fix and upgrade any equipment not up to standard
- Maintains safety and maintenance records on facilities and equipment ensuring they meet and exceed legislation
- Works to maintain and encourage a safe environment through employee training and management
- 2 years related experience in a safety or operation environment
- Basic Computer skills
- Ability to work well alone and with others in a team-oriented environment
- Must have the ability to interface effectively with others so that information is professionally communicated
- Excellent written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to train others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; uses time effectively; attention to detail; well organized with ability to prioritize and be flexible
- Prompt and regular attendance and safe work performance
- Travel and training may be required
- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures and government regulations
- Valid driver’s license
- Spanish is a Plus
- Field experience in Pesticides
- QA Certification is a Plus
