Client Services Rep I

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with staff and customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Answer inquiries related to client reports, pricing, supply ordering, and laboratory services.
• Update customer account database.
• Assist with monitoring accounts receivable/payable and maintain confidential records and files.
• Generate and distribute lab reports to clients.
• Other duties as required.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Previous experience in analytical chemistry laboratory operations is a plus.
