eCommerce Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, quick-learning entry-level assistant to support both our e-commerce operations and our performance marketing efforts (with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads). This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing and e-commerce while gaining hands-on experience across multiple channels.

Role Description

As the E-Commerce and Meta Ads Assistant, you’ll work directly with the E-Commerce Manager and our marketing team to keep operations running smoothly while supporting paid ads, and reporting tasks.

You will learn and contribute to:

Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in the management and optimization of Meta PPC campaigns.
• Conduct basic keyword and audience research to support campaign growth.
• Help pull performance metrics, identify insights, and organize learnings.
• Participate in media planning and reporting across Meta and other platforms.
• Learn and work with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and ads dashboards.
• Support organic social content scheduling (Facebook, Instagram).

Email & SMS Setup:

• Build and schedule email campaigns inside Klaviyo (using provided copy, images, and segmentation).
• Set up SMS campaigns in Attentive.
• QA all sends for accuracy (links, images, segmentation, testing).

Shopify Product & Site Management

• Create and update products in Shopify, including variants, pricing, tags, metafields, images, SEO fields, and organization.
• Make basic site edits (collections, banners, navigation, etc.).
• Support with inventory checks and product availability communication.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate with other departments (creative, fulfillment, purchasing, etc.) to ensure they have assets, products, and information needed for marketing initiatives.
• Place internal product orders for photoshoots, influencers, campaigns, or giveaways.
• Follow up on project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables.

Reporting & Organization

• Build and maintain simple weekly marketing reports and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Keep marketing calendars and project trackers updated.
• Flag issues quickly (inventory shortages, delays, email concerns, etc.) and propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Some experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, PPC, or a similar coordination/operations role.
• Strong interest in learning Meta Ads, PPC, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, or Shopify is a plus.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities quickly.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited to grow within digital marketing.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
