Deployment Program Manager (Healthcare SaaS / LTC)

NutriCare Pro is seeking a seasoned Deployment Program Manager (Contract) to lead end-to-end implementations for long-term care, assisted living, and skilled nursing clients. You will own the deployment plan, run the cadence, manage risks, coordinate contractors/specialists, and drive successful go-lives—on time and survey-ready.

What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)

• Lead implementations from kickoff through stabilization and handoff to Customer Success
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder comms
• Run weekly client status calls and internal deployment standups
• Coordinate clinical, configuration, integration, training, and data migration contractors
• Control scope: manage change requests, approvals, and deployment margin protection
• Maintain a deployment RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Ensure readiness for HIPAA workflows and long-term care compliance expectations
• Drive go-live planning, coverage schedules, escalation paths, and post-go-live reviews
• Capture “lessons learned,” update deployment playbooks, and standardize delivery

Deliverables (What “Good” Looks Like)

Within the first 2–4 weeks, you will produce:

• A reusable Deployment Master Plan (kickoff → go-live → stabilization)
• Standard templates: kickoff deck, weekly status report, RAID log, go-live checklist
• A 30/60/90-day deployment operating cadence (calls, reporting, escalation structure)
• At least one completed client implementation plan with signed milestones

Required Experience

• 7 years managing healthcare SaaS deployments, EHR implementations, or clinical systems rollouts
• Proven experience deploying into LTC / SNF / Assisted Living / Rehab environments
• Strong stakeholder management (administrators, nursing leadership, dietary leadership, IT)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (clinical technical operations)
• Solid grasp of HIPAA handling and implementation documentation discipline
• Comfortable leading contractors and holding teams accountable to milestones

Preferred Experience (Strong Plus)

• Familiarity with PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Epic, MEDITECH, or similar ecosystems
• Experience with dietary/nutrition workflows, census feeds, diet orders, allergies, texture levels
• PMP, CSM, or comparable project/program management certification

Contractor Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Will sign Independent Contractor Agreement with IP assignment, confidentiality, non-solicit
• Will comply with HIPAA/PHI handling procedures (training provided)
• Must document work in NutriCare Pro’s project tools (templates provided)
