We are seeking a Warehouse Worker for our Trouw Nutrition Brand in Neosho, MO. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the receipt, recording, and disbursement of a wide variety of warehouse goods. Must be sufficiently knowledgeable about products and locations to service requisitions with a minimum delay. Uses a manual or terminal based inventory system.
This role is an execution role in the area of logistics/supply chain, focusing on the execution of the warehousing functions, or on the logistics/ (outbound) transport or a combination of both areas. More specifically, this role is responsible for processing the incoming goods, correct documentation and the outgoing goods (and the basic packaging tasks) They will report into the warehouse & logistics manager, warehouse manager or transport/logistics manager..

About The Role: Driving Inventory Excellence
Responsibilities:
- Transport goods and supplies on site, and to customers
- Deliver simple warehouse and store tasks
- Complete basic packaging tasks
- Perform basic inventory control task and checks
- Operating various equipment and machines
- Input content into standard templates
- Work according to an assigned schedule
- Follow straightforward mandatory procedure
- Follow basic mandatory work instructions
- 1st shift Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-3:00p.m.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Manufacturing experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experienced user of MS suite Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Working for the success of the team
- Urgency, Prioritize, Ownership and Personal Accountability
