Role Description The Deacom Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Farmingdale, NJ. This role is responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and optimization of the Deacom ERP system to support manufacturing, inventory, quality, and order management workflows. The Deacom Specialist will create and maintain user profiles, roles, and permissions; develop and update system configurations, workflows, and master data; and troubleshoot system issues in partnership with IT and operational teams. They will generate and refine reports and dashboards, support end users through training and documentation, and collaborate with production, supply chain, finance, and quality teams to ensure accurate and efficient data flow. The role will also participate in system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability and support NutraStar’s growth.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Deacom ERP (or similar manufacturing ERP) including configuration, workflow setup, and user administration.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and production processes in a nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using ERP reporting tools and/or Excel.
- Ability to document processes, create user guides, and deliver clear, practical training to team members with varied technical backgrounds.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and process standardization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food manufacturing, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Farmingdale, NJ, and collaborate effectively with operations, quality, and leadership teams.
