NutraStar is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in high-quality nutraceuticals and dietary supplements. With manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and Arizona, we provide innovative formulation, manufacturing, and packaging solutions to brands worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Client Success Manager to lead our Client Success team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence throughout the order fulfillment process.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Client Success team to ensure consistent performance and accountability.
• Serve as a key operational partner to customers, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Oversee customer orders from purchase order receipt through production, documentation, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Shipping, and Accounting to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Identify operational challenges, remove obstacles, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Establish and improve procedures, service standards, and team performance expectations.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and reliable service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success, customer service, account operations, or order management within manufacturing, distribution, or a similar operational environment.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, including employee coaching, training, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of order management, production coordination, and fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication, problemsolving, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve challenges in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP/MRP or order management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with contract manufacturing and customized production requirements.
• Understanding of quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and product release processes.
• Experience implementing process improvements and tracking customer service performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
