Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting nutrition assessments and care planning
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident health and wellness
- Monitoring nutritional status and adjusting care plans as needed
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Requirements:
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN) credential
- State licensure (if applicable)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, and team-driven mindset
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
