Who You Are

The Trade Marketing Manager - Bloom Portfolio will support Trade Marketing efforts for Bloom Beverages and Supplements. You will support the coordination of POS material, vendor management, and order management, as well as Trade Show Support.

What You're Good At

• Lead Trade Show coordination with the Bloom Events Team
• Source, order and manage inventory for marketing materials such as POS, dealer loaders, giveaways and wearables.
• Responsible for creating program slides, managing order forecasting, tracking shipments/placements, and ROI reporting for dealer loaders
• Support IRCs development through forecasting, design, printing, shipping, redemptions
• Conduct vendor audits and price comparisons.
• Support creative services request, management of local and custom requests, including inputting creative briefs into our project management platform
• Create PO’s and item code development
• Communicate to warehouse team all BOLs and inbound shipments
• Manage POS warehouse webstore, inventory and ROI Analysis
• Support our print-on-demand platform
• Manage Vendors to drive POS development while meeting deadlines.
• Assist on Budget management

What You Contribute

• Bachelor of Science degree
• 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Project Management, or Merchandising Procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to think strategically and be a thought leader
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Sense of urgency and high aptitude for responsiveness
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe Sweet
