- You excel at managing and refining data analytics processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and implementing best practices in data governance and quality assurance.
- You have a talent for creating impactful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions, tailoring your reporting to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, from executives to operational teams.
- You are adept at writing efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data, optimizing database performance through well-structured queries, and maintaining data integrity by implementing best practices in SQL.
- You are skilled in developing and maintaining efficient data pipelines for seamless data integration, leveraging ETL tools and techniques to ensure data flows smoothly across systems.
- You communicate insights effectively, making complex data understandable and actionable and presenting data in a way that tells a compelling story and drives strategic decisions.
- You enhance productivity by automating data processes that improve efficiency throughout the organization, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing solutions that save time and reduce errors.
- You thrive in Agile environments, using methodologies to deliver high-quality service and products for internal stakeholders, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and driving projects to successful completion.
- Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems, with KPIs focused on data quality metrics, error rates, and successful data validation processes.
- Insightful Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain impactful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions, with KPIs measuring report usage, stakeholder satisfaction, and the timeliness of report delivery.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Enhance efficiency through process optimization and automation, with KPIs tracking the reduction in manual processes, time saved, and improvements in data processing speed.
- S./B.A. in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau including designing, building, and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards.
- Technical Knowledge in SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, R, Python, C#, DAX, Microsoft Fabric preferred.
- Experience with Azure SQL Server VMs, SQL Stored Procedures, SQL Jobs, and Advanced SQL concepts.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes, including designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights through clear and concise summaries, both in writing and orally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with enterprise software (ERPs, TMS, QMS, CRMs, WMS, etc.) preferred.
- High competency in Business Analysis and Business Acumen.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development to deliver high-quality data solutions, with proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
