Our engagements are white-glove: an account team, real meetings, and a report utilities can act on. As a Migration Consultant you own the customer relationship through a migration — from readiness assessment to go-live — translating between the utility's GIS team and our engineers.

What you'll do
- Lead customer engagements from readiness assessment through go-live.
- Run the account: meetings, scoping, timelines, and status.
- Translate utility requirements into work our engineers and agents can execute.
- Present findings and readiness reports to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Be the customer's advocate internally and Nutility's guide externally.
- 5 years in utility GIS delivery, consulting, or program management.
- Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS and the Utility Network migration.
- Excellent communication — you're credible with engineers and executives.
- Strong project instincts; you keep engagements on track without drama.
- Comfort owning ambiguity and outcomes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings.
- Direct experience at a utility or an Esri partner.
- Background in gas or electric operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory / critical-infrastructure requirements.
