Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Develop scalable Appian applications using Process Models, SAIL, Data Fabric, Record Actions, and Connected Systems.
- Legacy Modernization: Re-platform applications from older technologies (like MS Access, VB) to Appian.
- Design & Architecture: Collaborate with Lead Architects on design, contributing to technical documentation (ERDs, design docs).
- Integration: Integrate Appian with other systems and databases, handling data migration.
- Agile & DevOps: Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines, promoting DevOps best practices.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Quality Assurance: Ensure robust testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work with BAs and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong hands-on Appian BPM development.
- Expertise in Appian components (SAIL, Data Fabric, Process Models).
- Experience with enterprise integrations and CI/CD.
- Problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
