Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and supply chain operations.
• Experienced in SAP PP components including Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  
  

Work Centers & Routings, Bills of Materials (BOM), Production Orders/Process Orders, Capacity Planning.

• Experienced in SAP QM processes like Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Inspection Lots & Lot Results Recording, Certificates of Analysis (COA), Quality Inspection during procurement, production, and delivery.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of the module.
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience of Business Analysis, E2E Business Process Flow design, AGILE Development Methodology, Conduct Workshops during different phases of projects, Presentations, Mentoring, User Training, Cross-Functional Facilitation, Global Project template design and implementation
• Experience in Project Management activities: Scope Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management.
• Requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing (unit and SIT), and managing pre and post go-live activities, ensuring smooth system transitions and optimized business operations
• Meticulously plan cutover and data migration
  
  

Salary Range $150000-$180000 year
