We are seeking a Prompt Engineer with proven experience in AI-driven solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce). The ideal candidate will design, optimize, and implement prompt strategies for generative AI models, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and delivering measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prompt Design & Optimization
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI models to achieve accurate, context-aware outputs.
• Create reusable prompt libraries and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
• Salesforce AI Integration
• Leverage Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce for predictive analytics, conversational AI, and automation.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects to embed AI-driven workflows into CRM processes.
• AI Enablement & Governance
• Define best practices for prompt engineering across teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on effective prompt engineering.
