- Troubleshoot complex issues, including thread dumps, heap dumps, connection pooling, and JVM memory leaks.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical support tickets within SLA, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support the integration of Adobe Document Generation API/AEM with enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot document generation failures, template mapping issues, and API connectivity problems.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (SSL/TLS) for document processing.
- Coordinate with developers and vendors for permanent fixes.
- Handle escalation management professionally.
