Role Overview
This role supports enterprise ETL platforms and production environments. The position involves monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and supporting data integration workflows.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production environments and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Track incidents against SLAs and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurrence.
- Support Informatica and IDMC components, including cloud-based workflows.
- Assist with migration of workflows from Informatica to IDMC.
- Debug Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and shell scripts. Review logs and troubleshoot issues.
- Support code deployments and migrations across environments including development, testing, and production.
- Use Unix or Linux commands and SQL for data analysis and performance tuning.
- Support automation using scripting languages such as shell or Python.
- Use monitoring and ticketing tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Review Yarn and Spark logs as part of production troubleshooting.
- Configure session objects and support performance tuning for high-volume data processing.
- Work with metadata-driven ETL processes and batch or job frameworks.
- Basic coordination and documentation skills as required
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
